The founder
Elloise Gee, IGI Graduate Gemologist
Founder, Gem House Concierge. Sydney · Serving clients worldwide.
Elloise has always been drawn to the quiet details of fine stones: how a sapphire moves from blue to violet as the light changes, how a well-cut diamond keeps its brightness across a room. Stones reward patience and close attention. So do the people who buy them.
Her background is in business. She came to gemmology with a practical question: why does buying a significant stone so often feel like a test? The trade runs on relationships and trust, yet the private buyer is rarely told who is earning what, or where their stone is at any given moment.
Gem House is her answer. Elloise advises, sources and supplies, and she says so plainly. Every fee and margin is written down before you commit. Every stone is in her care, insured and documented, from the moment it leaves the supplier until it is in your hands.
Her philosophy is simple. Choose well. Hold it safely. Hand it over properly.
