Bespoke

Bespoke jewellery, made around the stone and around you.

Bespoke jewellery designed with you, made by specialists, and overseen at every stage.

The best pieces begin with the stone. Once it is found, Elloise works with you and a carefully chosen manufacturer on a design that shows it at its best and suits the way you'll wear it. She manages the drawings, the approvals, the movement of the stone and the final inspection. Your part can be as light as a few messages and two decisions.

The bespoke journey

1 · The brief

2 · Sketch, then render

3 · The making

4 · Inspection and delivery

Style, metal, proportions, comfort and everyday wear.

Hand sketches to explore the idea, then a CAD render to approve before making begins.

The stone goes to the manufacturer in Elloise's hands or by insured courier, photographed at every handover. A deposit is taken before manufacture.

The finished piece is checked against the approved design, photographed and delivered insured, tracked and signed for.

Already have a stone?

Redesign an existing piece or reset a stone you already own, including heirloom stones. The stone is assessed first, and you'll be told honestly what will and won't suit it. It is collected under insurance and photographed on arrival, and it stays in Gem House's documented care until it returns to you in its new setting.

Fees

Bespoke work carries a design fee, plus a margin on manufacture that is shown to you. If a stone is sourced for the piece, the sourcing fees apply as set out on the Sourcing page. Everything is in your written quote before you commit.
