This website provides general information about the services of Gem House Concierge. It isn't an offer to sell any particular goods, and it isn't financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Services are provided only under a written quote and the client terms that accompany it (sourcing and supply, bespoke manufacture, consignment, or valuation). These set out every fee and margin, deposits, payment, timing and responsibilities.

Gem House supplies stones and jewellery to clients and earns a disclosed margin on what it supplies. Every fee and margin is disclosed in writing before the client commits.

Items in Gem House's care are insured from sourcing to delivery, on the terms set out in the client terms.

Bespoke and made-to-order pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that can't be excluded under the law that applies to you.

Journal articles reflect general knowledge at the time of writing and may not suit your circumstances.
