Gem House is a private jeweller and advisory for diamonds and coloured gemstones, working with private clients worldwide. Elloise finds the right stone for your brief, oversees the making of the piece it belongs in, and delivers it to you in person or by insured, tracked courier.
Every stone passes through her hands. She checks it against its report when it arrives, carries it to the bench, inspects the finished piece and sees it safely to you. One person answers for it from the first conversation to the final handover.

A note from Elloise
I'm Elloise Gee, an IGI Graduate Gemologist and the founder of Gem House Concierge. I started this business because buying a diamond, whether it be natural or lab-grown, or a fine gemstone should feel clear and personal, not overwhelming.
I work for you, not a showroom. I source stones from trusted international suppliers, check every detail before I recommend anything, and manage each step myself, from the first conversation through to delivery of your stone or finished piece.
